So if you were to make a green steel shuriken what would you put on it? I was thinking steam II might be decent.

Investing larges into it is a little extreme.
Though, I think Lightning strike would be the best.
for tier 2 only, I would do x2 pos for a rez clicky.

Double positive for the raise dead clickie so it's useful for somethingI wouldn't bother using large ingredients on it.
Yes all GS throwing weapons are bugged, cannot be repaired. If it completely breaks and you send in a ticket, they offer you a blank.

I think the OP was wanting actual feedback on what you would make if you just had gs ingredents to throw away on something. To have a nice gs shuriken for those rare moments when a monk needs a throwing weapon.
On a side note why do most forum posters ignore what the OP asks instead post about doing this or that is a good ideal or bad ideal. Instead why not go play on the crafting planner and think of something you would like to have then post it and then state that it would still be a waste of ingredents.
I have to agree though I think lightening strike shuriken would be the best option second being steam.
Despite the "deal death with the flick of a wrist" bull **** that is on the sales screen, there is no point in making a GS shuriken. Even the time it takes to do the crafting is pure lose.
Once again most of yall didnt catch the OP's theme for his post. In a perfect MMO world that doesnt have broke game mechanics on repairing GS throwing weapons and Everyone has so much ingredents they could make whatever they wanted for whatever toon they had. What kind of GS shuriken would you make for you monk?
Dont take every post so serious guys. Just maybe someone wants to start a fun post for a change.
We all know every monk weapon sucks even handwraps still are not where they should be but sometimes you just got to have a good all in fun post on the monk forums :P
The post simply asked what we would put on it, it made no other qualifying statements. In fact the first responses were answers to the question. I would, in fact, make a double positive GS shuriken res clickie if I were to make one. I have actually contemplated doing so, but there are other things I want to make first. The other comments about GS throwing weapons not being repairable may not have answered the original question but they were important information to be aware of if the OP was actually thinking about making one, which anyone reading the post would be inclined to think he was.
10, 20, 30% Healing Amplification/ Raise Dead.
For potion drinking and wholeness of body.
I was both considering making one (eventually) and was curious on 'in theory' type stuff for inspiration. I started to put "please no 'shurikens are worthless' type responses" in my OP, but it's been my experience that saying something like that is like telling someone not to look down on a bridge. They're even more likely to do it then. I also didn't want to come off as a preemptive jerk in the first post of the thread.
If you truly felt the need to make a GS Shuriken before the un-repairable throwing-weapon bug was fixed, then I would recommend a Mineral II (Holy, Acid Burst, and Whatever Third Tier). Expensive, yes, but it will bypass most DR with the Metalline + Holy damage and gain extra hardness and durability for being a Mineral II (making it last longer before becoming unusable).
the non-repairable green steel throwing weapons issue has been around ever since shroud was released, and no effort has been put in to fix the issue. do NOT make a shrunken(coming from a guy who made 4 before the first ended up showing cracks) the adamantine ritual only adds 10 dura to it(doesn't repair it)
Being that the issue has been around so long, and all it likely takes is replacing a 0 with 1 on the 'can be repaired' part of the coding, I doubt it will EVER be fixed.
Make a kama, or a cloak or something (To swap out with your 'real' greensteel' to use clickies)
