Shipwreck Shore

Ok, so I decided to play as a Wizard after trying out CLeric and Bard for a while. This quest worked for them just fine, but my Wizard cannot even enter the carvern to get to Cellimas. When I interact with the entrance it asks me what difficulty I would like, but then when it goes to the loading screen it does nothing except kick me back out to the outisde of the cavern. It says "loading...please wait." on the loading splash screen, but the loading bar does not change. I tried relogging and restarting the game to see if that would fix it, but, alas, it did not. Is there something I could do to fix this?

Now I even tried to delete my character and make another one in hopes of fixing it, but to no avail. I am stuck on the Shipwrecked Shore.

Ok, so the only actual solution I have is to skip the Korthos Island story because I had already completed it on my Cleric.

yeah I tried the deleting thing too and didn't work. And as luck would have it I haven't created a char on the server yet so can't even skip it

ok so I tried resetting graphics to default, and low and behold, it worked
