Simple one, but fairly important:
Show if something that binds on pickup binds to ACCOUNT or CHARACTER before you pick it up.
Would prevent a *lot* of confusion.

They do.
If you read the description instead of just instantly picking it up, it clearly states if it is bound to account or character.

You're right in that most items do but some still do not. I'm sure the remaining items that don't will be updated with that info soon enough though. Its a pretty easy fix, after all, and Turbine isn't as lazy as many like to suggest.
