Is there any simple way to get arrows with additional damage (fire/ice/acid/shock)? I find spell in arcane list "Flame Arrow" but without good UMD I can't access to it with my ranger. May be there is a store in locations?

AA - it's real, but I want to increase damage by using bow with elemental damage, arrows with elemental damage and AA abilityes.

Well, there are wands of flame arrow, and the auction house.
400 silver flame favor for +1 arrows of lesser undead bane according to the wiki

Collectable trade-ins will give various elemental & bane arrows too (the ranger one in the marketplace particularly for elemental ones) - admittedly you'll also get a ton of bolts, but you can usually get their base price on the AH easily enough rather than vendoring them for pennies, or just hand them off to repeater-using rogues who'll appreciate the extra damage output
I used to be with it, but then they changed what it was, now what's it is weird and scary to me.

one question: does similar bonuses from bow and from arrows stack? F.e. 1d6 fire damage form bow and 1d6 fire damage from arrows gives us 2d6 fire damage?

no, only differant ones stack, so fire arrows + flaming burst bow would make a fire flaming burst bow
