Default Servers Down for non-Admin Accounts

I have several DDO players that are using limited access accounts with Windows 7. Everytime they attempt to log into DDO the launcher has an X for the servers indicating they are down. However, if a player logs in as an Admin account they can log in and all the servers are up.

This started happening shortly after the machines where moved to new servers, however I can't figure out how to fix it and/or if the change on Turbine's end was the real cause. All I know is approximatly 3 weeks ago the limited users were able to log in and play fine and then approximatly two weeks ago they were not able to.

I can run the program as an admin, ie "Run as Administrator" and it works. However, if I lock it to run as admin and then turn off the UAC it does not work.

I attempted to flush the DNS cache, no go. Ran system restore, no go. I uninstalled DDO and reinstalled, no difference. When I launch the program it does not create a log file. Is there anyway for me to force it to create a log file?

This computer is used by my kids and I really don't want to give them unfettered Admin rights on the computer in question. I am not sure how to proceed, does anybody have any ideas?

Two things are they launching the game from the "Play" button (if Turbine Download Manager is being used) or the icon in the "Games" panel?

DDO should self-elevate as long as its run via "TurbineInvoker.exe" (TDM does this automatically via Play).

There are a couple things to check aside from that as well:

Open C:\Program Files\Turbine\Dungeons and Dragons Online and look for "TurbineInvoker.exe" "TurbineLauncher.exe" "dndlauncher.exe" and "dndclient.exe" (they might all show up without the exe but they'll be the ones listed as "Applications" and will have the red "shield" icon and dndclient will have a gray "box" icon).

Right-click each of those files in turn and choose Properties. Under the Compatbility tab ake sure that none of them are set to run in "Compatibility Mode" or the permanent "Run as Administrator" (do this check for the shortcut the games launched from as well).

Aside from that also find "TurbineRegisterGDF.exe" and right-click it and choose "run as administrator" and you should get four success messages to click ok on (if you get one or two errors though run the file again) and then try launching DDO again.

If it keeps up definitely follow up with a support ticket if you haven't yet.

    Default no go

I have attempted to launch from the DDO shortcut in the games folder, no go. Tried launching TurbineInvoker, no go.
Verified the files, "TurbineInvoker.exe" "TurbineLauncher.exe" "dndlauncher.exe" and "dndclient.exe" were not set in compatibility mode or to run as admin.
Ran TurbineRegisterGDF.exe as admin and black screen flashes but nothing happened.
Attempted to relaunch DDO, no go.
    Opening a ticket.

    Default Fixed

I went ahead and created a non-admin account that worked. Looked like it was a problem with the profiles. New standar profile, set up all the options for windows and it still worked. Still worked when I turned on Parental controls. Stopped working when I turned on "Monitored by Family Safety". Went online, profiles were set to strict. Went into internet activity and saw that the Turbine Launcher was hitting 6-8 different websites, added all these to the allowed websites. After Family safety propogated to the comptuer the launger now works.
