yup. the lvl up in Cha would net you +2 dmg pretty much permanently on most quests/raid fights compared to the +1 the str score will give you.

not to mention one of the epic +7 cha items (like a 2nd ring slot?) would give you another bracket in the cha score^^

True, but warforged paladin builds are extremely low on avaliable action points, and divine might costs 4.

I planned on using the Shintao and KotC ring sets so I would have to use the Epic V6 Cloak as a +7 charisma item.

With human you could qualify for DM IV with a little different point distribution, did you factored that in your damage calculations?

It would be easier to fit DM IV on a human, if I took more out of intelligence it would be easy, but a couple of my toons have +4 tomes already so I dont mind waiting to get those on this build.

IMO, 2-3 skill points per level from creation is > +2 damage, before a +4 tome.
