New idea for guilds

I'm not sure where to post this, but this is a good starting point.


As we recruit new members, and have abolished any hierarchy within the guild.
We have implemented a better way to get the returning & new players more involved in guild activities.

As members register on our website, we grant them event admin rights.
Which allows every member the ability to schedule events they need for what ever toon they are focusing on.
This has taken out the need for any rigid event officer type structure.

As with ALL things in life, and this game, communication is the key to fun & success.
Allowing any member to empower themselves, creates a better player, that is more confident in their gaming abilities, and asking for help.

carefull running that there have been players on other servers joining guild as off then removing all members then quitting guild why or who dont know but has happened to me and others just a warning! it sucked we had 30 + peeps then two we have since rebuilt but figured with that setup you guys nat target!
