Depends what they are.
Stuff you should evaluate closer:
- XXX burst gear, particularly if one of the popular weapons like Khopesh. Or if it has a suffix of PG or Bleeding etc
- holy, holy of pg, holy of bleeding. Included is ML4 RR gear or ML6 regular
- metalline of XXX
- XX of XXX bane
