Arcane Archer - Help

Okay so.. I want to make an Arcane Archer and i've been thinking of what should i put my starting stats at..
Elf, 20 Ranger.
i wanted to go like this:
str: 16 (+5 level, +6 item, +1 tome) = 28
dex: 17 (+5 enhancement, +6 item) = 28
con:12 (+6 item) = 18
int: 8
wis: 12 (+2 item - im super noob, cant afford more then around 1 tome) = 14 (isnt 14 all i need for the spells?)
cha: 8

Is lawfull good a good alignment for this kind of toon?
