ijl15.dll virus found Win32/Heur

Greetings. I was using Turbine to install DDO, and got the following errors from my real time virus scanner.

c:\Program Files (x86)\Interim Dungeons and Dragons Online\ijl15.dll Virus found Win32/Heur

Here is what my research found on this virus. I am truly surprised; and disappointed, that this attack was attempted by such a reputable company.

Win32/Heur, also mentioned as Virus Win32 Heur is a dangerous self-mutating polymorphic trojan virus, typically installed on windows system without victims knowledge. The Win32/Heur virus infects PC's via dubious filesharing applications, corrupt media files, spam emails and porn related web sites. Once infected, Win32/Heur virus will modify Windows win32 system files, and install additional trojans, worms and viruses onto the infected computer. The Win32/Heur trojan is usually detected with the "Virus found Win32/Heur" alert and may activate fake Dr. Watson security warnings and redirect Internet Explorer and FireFox browsers to sites like ripetv.com or crackle.com. Trojan Win32/Heur malware is severe security and privacy risk that can alter/delete crucial system files, disable antivirus and firewall software and hijack both local and network computers.

Most likely its a "false positive" by AVG which does occur somewhat more often if "Heuristic" scanning is active when using a/v programs

(Heur means heuristic detection: ie. the detection is not matching a known virus)

Granted you should run a full system scan with both updated antivirus and antispyware applications as a just in case but most often these are just Heuristic Scan fp's.

I got precisely the same message from AVG on my laptop (which is running Vista 64 standard, but not from AVG running on my desktop (which is running Vista 64 professional).

I think DDO's very slick installation program is nice - but if you generate virus warnings and scare off people, it's not worth a dime!

This scared the **** out of me, and I immediately healed the infections, cancelled the download, and uninstalled/removed any trace of both the downloader and the game. Honestly, this is inexcusable from a respected game company, even if it is a 'false positive.' Get it fixed.
