Damage Boost and Ranged

Do damage boosts affect ranged damage?

If so, does this include all types, or only thrown?

I did a search and wasn't able to figure it out.

I'm unsure about fighter damage boosts, but some very similar effects do work.

Most notably, the cleric "divine might" enhancement works well enough to lead to MrCow's repeater xbow Machine Gun Nun. He was getting damage from Divine Favor, Divine Might, and the Bladesworn faith power.
