    Default adding stuff to wraps

Ok, I am a crafting and ritual noob.
I've read a little where people are mentioning adding procs to their wraps.

I am familiar with the Winter Festival frost crafting but what exactly are the other things I can add to wraps? Can I add these to ANY wraps I have or do the wraps need something specific on them?

example: I have some +4 Holy Burst wraps. I consider these half-decent but if I could add some other procs to them I think they would be a lot better.

I'm level 14 now so I am looking to get the best wraps i can possibly use at this point.
I have not found any 5% weighted. I have +4 fire burst 2% weighted ... not so great ...

    read that.

    from there:

    Force Damage Ritual
Benefit: Your weapon will do 1 point of force damage on each successful hit.
Materials: Your weapon, 3 Luminescent Dusts, and 9 Fragrant Drowshood mushrooms.

    Force Critical Ritual
Benefit: Your weapon will do 1d4 points of force damage on each successful critical hit.
Materials: Your weapon, 6 Sparkling Dusts, and 12 Deadly Feverblanch mushrooms.

(useful) dusts are relatively expensive, unless you 'got it like that' (i.e. you're rich). Fragrant Drowshood is expensive, even if you are rich, but running the circuit in splinterskull part6 for an hour or so will probably get you enough. Deadly Feverblanch is more common in the AH, and I see stacks of 12 for sale all the time in the AH at not nosebleed prices.

This is just my opinion, but use Force Damage on your typical trash beaters, and use Force Critical on your weighted 5% when you get some.

Ohhhhh clever girl. . . because the auto crits would guarantee the force damage.
