    Default My game won't open, help!

    My game will not open, ive clicked it multiple times and nothing will happen and I have no idea what to do, please help.

    How are you launching the game and what operating system are you running on?

    Do any errors come up as well?

    After contacting support, log into your email webpage to add noreply@turbine.com and accountsupport@turbine.com to their "safe senders" list and your contacts list/address book. Be sure to check Spam/Junk Mail folders as well since most email providers do not let external email programs or cell phones download mail flagged this way.

    Default I have this issue as well

    Sometimes I have to logoff and log back into Vista, and othertimes I get it open, login and the game will close.

    Having same problem click game to start and nothing even when I try to run as a administrator.
