I was going to lesser reincarnate my 17lvl cleric, but after doing more research, it seems it would be better if if do NOT. Is there anyway way to pass this along to another one of my characters since i have not gone thru the reincarnate process yet?

Looks to me that the item binds to the account when I bought mine with points.

yes i saw it bound to account, but it if it only is bound to "account" i should be able to pass it to another character. i guess i just have to chalk it up to lessons learned and eat this one.

You can pass it to another of your toons if you have a shared bank
Buff Rock, nerf Paper, Scissors is fine.
