I never got an email that reminded me of my account name and username. I remembered my forum username and forgot my account username as the first several that I tried didn't work. I've checked my spam box and my regular inbox for the confirmation email and it hasn't arrived in either. I went to the support website but even the form to make a request for my account information requires information that I never had to submit since its a free account. Assistance would be appreciated.

We can't assist with this via the forums. However, you can contact the Account Management department. Any fields that don't apply to your account just leave blank, or fill with none or zeros.
