The quest Delerium in the twelve enclave is glitched. We went into library and killed rusty key, but nothing happened. We are stuck inside and shrines are disabled... Help?

Did you put in an in-game ticket? Might also be faster to just restart the quest depending on how long it takes a GM to contact you.

You go to your main menu (the one where you log out or quit) and go to Help, and Submit New Ticket.
