Ok, i'm thinking of a high-survivability battlecleric type character, mainly for soloing, some guild runs & some pugging, so have put together a couple of potential builds & wanna see what people think.


Both builds will technically be capable as healers, but I'm calling them battleclerics (and plan to declare myself as such) since my own skills at multitasking spells etc. in the middle of combat isnt all that great, and i tend to like being in melee I think both builds have good potential.

This one will have very high saves, decent AC with gear (not enough for tanking, but good enough for general melee i think) and plenty of SP for casting plus a decent DC on spells - the idea is to use quarterstaff or dual kamas in combat (depends on situation, enemies & what procs i have on the weapons) which will allow me to stay centered allowing small DPS & spell DC boosts.

Compared to the first, this is a trade-off in saves & SP reserves for greater dps through dual scimmies & versatility of spells etc. for different situations, and can provide additional party support through having some more buffs & the turn-based enhancement line. Spell DCs & AC should be very similar though.
