32 pts build not working

i got the favors for unlocking for unlocking 32pts build a long time ago but never got to it. Now i find out it's not working. In the character creation i choose my style, classe, customize for path, race (non drow) and when i click look i get the customization screen with only 28 points to spend.

First, it only unlocks on the server with the character that got to 1750.
Next, you have to talk to Nix in the harbor to finish the unlock.
If you have since deleted the toon with 1750 favor, you're in a bad spot.
If you still have that toon, log in with it and go see Nix.
