Appropriate Concentration?

Hi all-

What is the ideal Concentration for a Level 20 Cleric?

I'm not having any problems with casting or interruption, but it has occurred to me that I'm possibly putting more ranks in it than may be necessary and there are a few other Skills I'd like to beef up in my last four levels.

maxed is appropriate and sometimes even that isnt enough

If you have Quicken, then you'll never have problems casting spells.

The issue is with end-game content where you might want to have a stack of
scrolls. If you're a melee Cleric, then maybe you don't care, and then you
can stop taking Concentration as soon as you get Quicken. But if you're a full-up
healing/offensive caster Cleric, then you'll probably want to max Concentration.

Do both.

As a cleric, concentration is the most useful class skill you have, even though it won't always get the job done at endgame. Having said that, there are fairly significant portions of the game where you absolutely *have* to get your healing spells off, and will need quicken to make sure it happens.

Max it out regardless, then items it with items.

if you can fit a +15 item, max it and do it. if you can't, don't worry about it. quicken is just as good and at hgiher levels where you are getting hit for 70 a pop, conc doesn't really matter

If have no idea if this is ideal or not but my cleric sits at 58-60 concentration, depending on if I've got rage and/or Yugoloth potions running.
