This is most likely a total noob question yet being a noob, I'm entitled to ask it.
I've done everything there is to be done on Korthos Island and I would love to leave as it's getting rather boring. When I tell Valeria Sinderwind I want to set sail to Stormreach I get "Content is downloading. Please try again in a moment." I've been stuck for a week ^^' If anyone could help me it'd be great.
Prompt assistance would be swell.

Has "Turbine Download Manager" completed the "Full Game" segment of its download?
If not reboot the PC and upon rebooting open up TDM and go into its Options menu (button in the upper left corner > Options) and under Network make sure the download/upload speeds are correct, and that the right "interface" is selected (ie your active network connection. Then try manually changing the port number to 9014 and clicking ok.
TDM should cycle through a reconnect and resume the download, if it does appear to be getting stopped at any point though try exiting it and relaunching it (right-click the white "Turbine" icon near the clock).

After contacting support, log into your email webpage to add noreply@turbine.com and accountsupport@turbine.com to their "safe senders" list and your contacts list/address book. Be sure to check Spam/Junk Mail folders as well since most email providers do not let external email programs or cell phones download mail flagged this way.
