...that they're all different.
When you're looking at your enhancements, be certain to check the box that says "Show Unavailable". You'll be able to see what abilities open up by taking each path, and then choose which fits your playstyle/character build more exactly.
To be totally honest, I don't know enough to tell you "This-and-such one SUX" (though for me the sovereign host ability is pretty cool), but I think that reading the descriptions will do more for you than asking opinions here (not that the people here aren't brilliant -- they are!).
Good luck!

Soverign host ability amazingly useful, its a complete heal useable every 10 min that also cures just about every negative effect (although not curses).
Plus have you ran those silver flame quests, it seems like at least half the people in that church are totally corrupt!
Yes, you have corrupts and zealots in the Silver Flame, its like the catholic inquisition really. Even then, if they had the best ability i would have chosen them :P, not that many people role plays in ddo.
Unyieldig sovereignity from the Sovereign Host is an amazing ability and most people takes it with their paladins.
Disclaimer, I've never actually tried taking the Silver Flame line to try out their exorcism ability.
The DC can reach a pretty decent level, but whoop de diddly doo, exploding one banishable mob per 10 minutes?Usage: Active
Cost: 4 action points
Spent: 16 action points
Requires All of: Follower of the Silver Flame
Available to Paladin/Cleric/Favored Soul class level 6
You are a devoted follower of the Silver Flame, and your faith has been rewarded. Activate this ability to attempt to exorcise an extraplanar creature, which is entirely consumed in holy fire on a failed Will save or savagely burned by the light of the Silver Flame. A successful Fortitude save reduces the damage to half. The Save DC for this ability is 10 + Paladin/Cleric/Favored Soul Level + Charisma Modifier.
I cannot see how it can possibly compare to that 1000HP pre-amp heal which is nearly instant, uninterruptible, usable underwater, usable while feebleminded, and removes practically every debuff under the sun including death penalties, which normally only tavern rest/waiting around can get rid of.
Wow... thanks you guys, and yes people here are brilliant!
