Actually my theory is that the gods of Efficiency decided after I got lucky and won the first SS ring piece, that as long as all 3 pieces were going to drop they should at least go to the same person so that someone could make use of the ring to reduce the costs of getting those same pieces for everyone else. Makes perfect sense, right? Just too bad it had to be me.

Oh and as for the 'I already have this, don't need it,' that is usually in reference to seals for desert items. I have done a lot of solo farming the adq1 chests.

I bet you and I have a similar number of desert scrolls. I currently have 17. VON scrolls are easy enough for anyone to farm. As for shards, I have 8 total, 5 desert + 3 VON.
