I was playing with the idea of mixing a bit or sorcerer with my cleric and when I took a level as a sorcerer I got a huge buff in spell points. Is there a way to make a good mix with a sorcerer and cleric?

casters dont mix well, and small sorc splashs arent useful on a cleric

Unfortunately not the best multiclass splash around - a single level of sorcerer will give you a few extra SP, 5% extra from SP boosting equipment, a couple of arcane spells (complete with spell failure chance if wearing armour) & the ability to use any arcane wands - the wand usage is the best part of it really, since especially if you're going to be more healing focussed you'll be able to use repair wands to heal warforged faster than regular healing wands -however this is an advantage that will rapidly diminish as you level up & get healing amplification plus maybe the wand/scroll usage enhancements.
If you absolutely MUST have an arcane single-level splash on your build, the best bet would be wizard, which would at least get you a free metamagic feat in addition to the wand use, but overall staying pure or the classic 2 level monksplash is the best option for a cleric.
I used to be with it, but then they changed what it was, now what's it is weird and scary to me.
1 word - No. You're seeing the big increase in SP because your character is low level. Bonus SP gained from Power/Wizardry/Archmagi is dependent on character and class level. As an example, 3 Clr/1 Sor. You'll gain 25% more SP because your character level is 4. However, at the cap of 17 Clr/1 Sorc, you'll gain 5% SP more.
