Hey I got Madstone boots yesterday! Maybe that should read "Not gonna get items you actually want to drop that way"

Once I'm ransacked/higher level on my baby caster, I suppose I'll start making actual groups, but soloing was a very good answer to "How do I make a reaver raid for levels 14 and under, without having some noob costing me 10% exp..." Aha!

i can't remember the last time i ran a reaver with only one toon... i always pike with a dual logged toon on that one or i feel like im being inefficient.

And you see the capital letter in every single word you quoted . It's because of the "ALL CAPS" Rule that Turbine have.

We all know that the reaver CANNOT be completed without at least 3 pikers, more if you actually wait for a full group (yes, people still do this)

Makes you think how experienced a cleric really is if they are saying that.
I however still like my idea of instead of piking under the doorway, pike underneath the hole for the levers, and see who can get it without fly.

The one time I went to the soulstone room (for the hell of it), I did it without fly - was a blast.

Thing is Ive heard this in the last 7-8 reaver pugs ive been in.

I think it comes down to the people who are the ones saying that. They just haven't been in a "better" then most group.
When all they experience are subpar runs that's probably the matter.

I personally prefer when people pike out where they can land on that head on the ceiling, so they are out of the way, and don't get the giant's aggro when the gravity changes and they hit the ground first. But I'm lazy and don't like having to walk over to re-acquire it :P

Maybe you could use a different strategy When on my cleric I prefer to kill eles than heal scum with no tumble.

Above the door up to the puzzle there is a head mounted on the wall right by the ceiling. When gravity reverses you can stand on top of it and not fall. I prefer my pikers to go there out of the way

bah I've seen him bug out too many times with people there. Bad spot imo if it makes the reaver take longer.

I just run straight to middle and DIE right away when I want to pike. I often tell people it's cause I don't want people to buff or heal me since I won't be doin much.....but really it's cause the run to the chest is much shorter that way.
