I have Ogre Power Bracers that are +5 STR and min lvl 9.

I have seen Ogre Power Bracers that are +4 with min lvl 9 and +6 STR bracers that are min lvl 13 which should mean that mine should be min lvl 11. The only min lvl 9 +5 STR bracers I have seen are race attuned but mine are not.

Anyways willing to sell/trade.
