1st 28 pnt build AA ranger dawrf wow!

i just rolled a new ranger in the path of AA dwarf right or wrong this one really kicks butt way better than my first. i put all my charactor stats in (str.15 - dex.16 - con.16) -
int. 9 wis.12 - cha 6
I CAN ACTUALLY SHOOT MY BOW AND DO 10 TO 20 DAMAGE IN ONE SHOT! at lvl1
'my other ranger at lvl. 5 can barly do that
i dont know if the low cha will afect my spell casting but if it does i guess i can find a way
* anyone have sugestions on how to raise charisma?

i am not sure it was realy late but i thought my level up to 2nd lvl gave me 11 spell pnts - is that true?
what ever happens this charactor breezed through korthos island i am 2 ranks off 3rd lvl and completed everything but a few slayings. ( working on 750)

Spell points and casting are based off wisdom, and you get them at lvl 6 ranger. My rogue tempest build has a wisdom of 10 and at ranger level 6, I got... 2 spell points.

Cha is really only used on Cha skills (like haggle and UMD) or when you are going to attempt to charm animals via your ranger ablities. So I wouldn't worry about it, honestly. But you'll want wisdom items for your sp pool, let alone to allow to cast higher than lvl 2 spells. (you have wisdom 12 you stated.)
