Ok i have the cleric that uses primarily melee, forgive me for not remember the title.
Anyway, I wondering about this *** Forgive me but this link is to the feat for the longsword but the longbow one says practically the same thing***

The reason i ask is because currently when i try to use a bow i get this

If i get the first link will it do away with the attack penalty? Or how does this work?

It is possible for Clerics to train Silver Flame faith, which gives them a clicky to buff themselves with Longbow proficiency, canceling out the -4 penalty. The image you showed was Sovereign Host faith, which conflicts with Silver Flame and gives an equivalent effect for Longswords.

Note that Longbows are not useful enough to bother spending AP for proficiency. You can just pick up a +1 crossbow or returning dagger.

It says longswords, not longbows. But, that enhc grants an activated ability to grant proficiency with longswords.

You got the wrong feat in your first image - gave us the longsword one when you meant the longbow one.

If that is correct then yes. It will give you proficiency - but you have to renew it after each rest.....so don't forget.

I realised after i posted it i took the ss of the wrong one. But thanks for the all the answers. I definatly dont think its worth it to have to reactivate all the time.
