Do the Efficient Metamagic - Maximize II (i.e. on Gloves of the Glacier) and Warchanter sp deduction bonuses stack? (e.g. for a total of -8 spell point cost using Maximize?) Thanks in advance.

No, most powerful item effect would take precedence.

The item effects do stack with the enhancements though.

i.e. - FvS cheaper Empower Healing stacks with Lorrik's Necklace cheaper Empower Healing.
