    Unhappy "Blue Screen" error/PC crash

Firstly I would like to make the point that I am new to the forum system.

My general problem is this, upon entering specific game "maps" such as Harbor or Searing Heights the screen will flash black once and then subsequently turn solid blue. Pc manual shutdown and restart is required for continued use of the computer. Upon login to my Pc user a error report pops up.

It has the following Error Signature:
    BCCode: 1000008e BCP1:C000005 BCP2: BFBB678C BCP3: B1F8A90C BCP4: 00000000 OSVer:5_1_2600 SP:3_0 Product: 768_1

    The following files are effected:
    C:/DOCUME~1/KURTBR~1/LOCALS~1/Temp//WERd121.dir00/Mini022410-01.dmp

    C:/DOCUME~1/KURTBR~1/LOCALS~1/Temp//WERd121.dir00/sysdata.xml

I have repaired the files using the Dndsetup file but this has appeared not to change anything.

I would appreciate any help a person could give a fellow player on this matter.

PS: The error also occurs when logging back into the game and entering the instance it crashed on. I have also played the game on the same model Pc using the same install files and had no issues there. Should I also post my "dxdiag" information as well?

    Thanks in advance
