When I doubleclick the DDO launcher, I get an error message saying that "'_gat' is undefined." It is an Internet Explorer Script Error and asks me if I want to continue running scripts on this page.

If I click yes, it takes me to the screen you get when you first install the game and have never been in the game at all - even though it worked immediately before my system crashed about 20 minutes ago.

Is there a file I can delete or rebuild to fix this? I already tried repairing the game from the DDO Unlimited - stdres setup file that I downloaded in November. I expected that this would take care of the problem and then just demand that I download the update, but I'm still not getting in. In fact, instead of downloading the update, it tells me that it's resuming download 584.27 of 276.97 MB - which is the exact same thing that happened the last time I encountered this in November.

Any thoughts or suggestions? I'd rather not download the entire thing for 8 hours again like I had to last time.
