Reincarnating as a FvS

I'm starting to do some research on reincarnating my L20 fighter. I'm strongly considering reincarnating at a FvS (I should have it unlocked by the time I get all my GS built and raid items collected). I'm looking for some advice on what items to get now before reincarnating and where I should focus my build, especially in starting stats. Important information:

1. This will be a 34 pt build. Tomes already used by fighter +2 STR/+2 CON.
2. I am looking for what will be more useful at L20 as a reincarnated FvS doing epic content, not what will be good at L8.
3. My greensteel weapons are a lightning II and triple positive scimitars (tier 2 on each now though will have tier 3 by the time I reincarnate).

I'm working on 45 HPs GS goggles, but not sure now what to go for element wise. Aire gives a +6 balance bonus and Water a +6 jump bonus, but would earth and the +6 concentration bonus now be more useful for a FvS?

I'm pretty sure I want to be melee based, but not sure how far to take that as a FvS. As with all things in the game, I assume you pick either casting or fighting and not try to do both or you're left being good at nothing. Any builds or reading you might suggest would be appreciated.

In addition to the gear concerns you're looking for, here are a few non-traditional things you might not have thought of...

1) Assuming you have Blessing of the Silver Flame (if you're earning FvS through favor, you'll have it), go talk to the Silver Flame rep and tell them you lost your blessing. You'll get the item that grants the blessing; put that in your bank before you TR. I didn't do this myself, because I didn't think of it, but I believe it will work.

2) If you've deleted your Pendant of Time for any reason, get a new one before you TR. This will definitely work.

3) If you don't already have enough tapestries, GH relics, etc, may as well collect them now while you can do it easily. [Tapestries are probably a non-issue, assuming you already have a minos legens.]

4) If you want to use dragon touched armor, you might be able to get that done now rather than waiting.

5) Stock up on any other favor-based items you feel you might need... potions, house D ammo, etc. No reason not to fill up your bank and backpack 100%, since all items will remain in a special (withdraw-only) reincarnation cache until your new TR wants them.

The tomes you've used as a fighter will not matter once you reincarnate.

An HP accessory is definitely nice, but you also want a SP item. +50 and +100 elemental energy is 300 spellpoints for a FvS. That's not a small boost.
