Character Creation Problem

I have recently purchased the 32 point builds from the DDO store. I went to create a new character and it is still only giving me 28 points.

I have tried restarting the game, and that didn't work.

Is your character a drow? They do not receive the 32 points because they already have higher modifiers to begin with.

32 point is only for not-drow character. Drow are already a 32 point race, just the 4 additional points are locked in cha and int

Also if you are trying to use one of the pre-determined builds for a character you will only get to use the 28 points. Those builds are set up for people who are new to the game and classes. The builds were introduced before the DDO store was introduced, so it was assumed that if you have access to point 32 point builds you probably would not use a pre-planned toon.
