Crash at Startup

I downloaded this and have never played it. When I launch the program, it start up just long enough to see the cursor and crashes. I have tried lowering my res, stopping my sli but I really have no idea what I can do to make this game work. I changed the name of that file, and all of my drivers are up to date. I am running a Intel 2.5 Quad, 4 gigs of ram, dual geforce 7900 gt (until my 250 oc gets rma'ed). I am really ticked about this since this was really a long download and turned out to be a great disappointment, at least so far.

I would post my code but I can't get back on, now I just hang at the log in. I will post it and email tech support later. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

It's a great game. When you say crash...does it give an illegal operation, just exit, freeze?

I loads up and just simply exits.

I'm doing xp pro 32 bit.

I figured it out, after reading a few other threads and suggestions I determined it was the intro movie that was crashing the game.

To bypass the movie, I just keep hitting "Esc" before it crashed and it got me into the game.
