As to what its for... read what it says when you hold your mouse over it

as to its value.. they are all over these forums and the auction house both.. not sure of exact price myself as im not selling or buying one but last i checked they are very valuable

think people are trading Larges and lots of Plat for em.

Someone on another server claimed he sold his for 1.3 mill plat.

It's rare....like +2 tomes use to be back when you could only pull em in Litany on Elite. Soon you shall be Towrn Trump me thinks.

Good, because since True reincarnate has been given to us I have been spending ALL my plat on making my gimps.......errr toons better.

I personaly wood love one for a toon of mine, but the asking price for them are getting out of hand. why the heck ppl would ask/be willing to spend so much for something that will be in the store soon blows my mind.....

Some people have tons of plat and tradeable items and no money. Thats the only reason I can see.

people would rather get rid of fake money then use TP to buy it is my guess. I would rather trade away stuff like Larges,Plat or Items that I can farm for easier than having to use my free points I get every month or having to use my credit card to fix a toon if I could.

Ding Ding Ding, I refuse to spend real money in the store for anything I can get with plat or items.

1.5M plat is a reasonable baseline, but most I've seen have actually gone for more.
