Ranger Ranged Items?

Hello as I'm coming to the end of my first TR and I am going the Whole round robin of classes. I come to Ranger. and I have my black dragon scales and helm and a GS bow ready to be third tiered as well as a Silver Bow. and plenty of House D quivers

I have some questions about ranged speeds.

What exactly stacks? the dragon leather+ the capstone+ what else?

are there Any items I am missing?
Quiver of Alacrity? does that stack with anything or does the leather over ride this?

I will be going to either an Elven ranger or a Human ranger as I decide later on.

This is Not a request for discussion on Melee merits or cross class builds.

AFAIK the abbott quiver stacks with haste and the ranged capstone. Not sure about the leather - usually with items, the higher bonus overides the lower one (if they are the same type bonus).

Stacking alacrity bonuses:

Category A:
Black leather
Quiver of alacrity

Category B:
Capstone
Arcane Archer Set Bonus from TOD

The two categories stack with each other, but only the higher bonus within each category will take effect. Not sure if this is WAI, but this is how it is working.

Quiver and black armor are the same bonus as haste (enhancement), making them pretty useless most of the time. Until epic black armor comes out, you can dispense of that in favor of something more flexible, if you want.

thanks for the help. as I'm never able to get into abbot the capstone and armor will do.
