Cannot Log-In - Mind lending a hand?

I just solved a problem where the intro movie kept crashing the game just after I entered the server. The game ran perfectly again! 8D Then I woke up the next day... D8 Now, I cannot even reach server sellection. I just get this message:

The following web-error occured while trying to access
"https://gls-auth.ddo.com/GLS.AuthServer/Service.asmx"

Server was unable to process request ---> The operation has timed out

Now I don't speak compie-talk so would someone mind translating?

P.S. I highly doubt this helps at all, but I'll put this here too.

They most likely aren't related. I can't speak for the movie crashing issue, but for what you are experiencing now try the following in this thread:
