    Default Ranger/Barb/Rogue

Any thought on the best way to mesh these 3 classes for a good solo/support character?

My first thought on this is taking 2 levels of rogue and 18 in either barbarian or ranger(choosing either 2-handed fighting or two-weapon fighting), but I'm sure you can find some builds that mesh all of those three classes very well if you look a bit at the various sub-forums. Starting with one level of Rogue gives you more skill points at first level and also more class skills which is a thing that shouldn't be underestimated. It's goooood! The second level of rogue gives you Evasion which is awesome!
    For a 3-class mesh I would suggest one of these: 2Rogue/6Ranger/12Barbarian, 2Rogue/12Ranger/6Barbarian , 18Rogue/1Ranger/1Barbarian or another 2/6/12 or 1/1/18 build.
The reason for this is that with 18 or 6/12 class levels you are able to take 3 Prestige class enhancements.

Anyway I hope this was of some help to you!

Generally, you want to avoid just splashing 1 level of Ranger. You really don't gain anything beneficial out of it. You want at least 6 levels. That will give you Improved Two-Weapon Fighting, regardless of your Dexterity.

Zub0's recommendation for 2 Rogue/12 Ranger/6 Barbarian is more sound. You will get Greater Two-Weapon Fighting out of that and you can go Strength based since you're a Ranger. You'll gain some decent Barbarian Rages and Enchancements, which make for a potent combo. I'd say go Human and specialize in Kopesh. Since you don't have to waste your feats on the two-weapon feats, you can focus on other things; like Toughness.
Rangers don't die, they just teleport to their bind point.
