Is Ocean Stance bugged for anyone else

I cant get mine to work and I bug reported it like 6 months ago. Still doesnt work. Thoughts?

Mines been working fine. Try taking everything out of your hands and dump everything in your inventory. I'm sure after 6 months you tried it, but just thought I would mention it.

tried resetting your enhancements since they changed the tier 1 stances to given feats?

I was having this problem with my Halfling Clonk.
Turns out I was at light load, but the Halfling 3/4 carrying weight was making the light load threshold...lower.
Kind of hard to explain, but I just kept lightening my load *under* what was already considered light load until it worked.

Part of the problem was that I'm a low strength build to begin with. Couple that with the Halfling carrying requirements and the fact that Ocean stance gives you - to strength, The Ocean Stance was actually throwing me into medium load.

Hope that makes sense and I'm willing to elaborate further if need be.

This was it. I had too much stuff in my inventory and the -2 to str would have pushed me to med load. Thanks!
