Got a Rogue1/Ranger12/Monk1 that I'm leveling up right now. I took the Rogue at level one and am noticing as i level up it's becoming less and less useful. Can that rogue level be swapped out in an LR/GR?

Really? 18 Ranger / 1 Rogue / 1 Monk is a nice build if done right.
Ranger for all your offensive smackdownitude.
Rogue for UMD and some extra Sneak Attack.
Monk for a Feat, Wis to AC, and minor stance usage.
Anyways, I've only LR'd once and didn't change my first level. I'm pretty sure the option was presented, but I can't say definitely.
Bump - does anyone know for certain if a first level can be changed?
Yes, we do. But the question is, will we tell you?
Actually, even Tolero's example of the TR+1 used the first level as an example.
Devs: Thanks for making Druids available to VIPs without the pack. This more than anything, has made me want to buy the pack.
You can change out the first level of a character, but it will count as a class swap. So with a standard LR you could not do it, but an LR +1 would let you change it out.
Balancing the two, you get:
Fighter Lvl1
1 feat
+2 Fortitude Save
+10 hit points
-1150 turbine points (don't need the LR+1 if you're not changing the class level out)
tower shield proficiency
+1 BAB
Fighter Haste Boost I
Rogue Lvl1
+6 hit points
+2 Reflex Save
4xInt bonus initial skill investment
OL, DD, Balance and UMD as class Skills (and rangers have more than enough skill points per level to keep rogue skills capped out)
1d6 sneak attack when not holding agro
Rogue Haste Boost I
-1 BAB
Honestly, I think the Rogue level gives you so much more..

One thing to point out to others thinking of doing this, but swapping out the splash at a different level than it was taken - it would take a +3 to do it!
Example 1 (of the OP) - lvl 1 Rogue, swapped out for lvl 1 Fighter = +1.
Example 2 (hypothetical) - lvl 1 Ranger, swapped out for lvl 1 Rogue, then Ranger the level you had originally taked Rogue = +2. Since they only come (well SOON they will I understand) in +1 or +3 this would take a +3.
I hope my example helps explain the difference is swapping out just one level, versus swapping out more than 1.
