Default Help with a TR speccing question.

How do these lvl 20 stats look for a Human monk?
    Str - 30
Dex - 28 (in grandmaster stance)
    Con - 22 (in stance)
    Wisdom - 26

Just tooling around, and those are the lvl 20 stats after a +2 tome in everything and +6 gear (+1 exceptional for str) and ap boosts. Thinking it would have more dmg by+2 , and more hit by the same, with only -1 ac and -1 to my dc's. What would you guys think? Just seeing that at the moment with a 28pt build and a wisdom of 28 with a dex of the same ( in grandmaster stance) and a str of 26.
What I am looking for is more dmg behind my punches, while keeping some dex and wisdom, and respeccing to get Earth stance to teir 4.
    What do you guys think?
Oh starting stats ( this is with TR in mind) are: 15- Str, 16- Dex, 16- Con and 14- Wisdom and all my lvl points into Str, all my class points into Wisdom and 1 Race into Wisdom and 1 Race into Strength

Looks like a pretty balanced monk - evenly distributed stats.

Nope, with higher Str, it would not help. Getting Imp Crit, TWF all three, Toughness twice, and what I have on my monk currently, think Power Attack and I am a dragonmark fan, so all three of passage again, or at least the first two for Ddor and Expid retreat.
