200k plat for full icy burst upgrade (full upgrade, all 5 recipes and motes)

Have plenty of them and plenty of all the other recipes.

Are people really paying that much? You regularly see people offering full kits for 150K in the harbor, or #5s for 100-130K.

Revised full kit price based on last night's sales. I'm keeping the #5 price the same though
