Lesser Wind Stance bugged?

Bugged or maybe I just don't understand how it works.

When in Lesser Wind Stance my AC actually drops from 29 to 28. Drop out of Lesser Wind Stance and it pops back up to 29. Thought nothing of it and figured it might just be me until another Monk raised the question in /general. During mouseover the individual bonuses add up to what I expect them to be (bonus from Dex goes up by one when in LWS), so I thought it might just be a display bug as well.

Anyone know if this is a known issue, or am I misunderstanding the mechanics of Lesser Wind Stance? If it is a display bug great, but I don't want to go into the stance not realizing my AC is actually lowering those times it might be a concern.

1. Reopen your character sheet after changing stance.
2. Check your strength and if your inventory load goes from light to medium.

Does appear to be a display error as turning toggling character sheet off then back on showed the expected value.

The character sheet window has display bug. Any time you want to see an accurate account of your AC you need to mouse over the AC value on the character sheet. You will then be given a popup with a breakdown of everything adding to your AC and the correct total.
