Billing Error

I was wondering if anyone else was having the problem of not being able to buy DDO points or VIP. When i try to use the credit card option it says transaction error and with paypal it says i need a verified paypal. I'm sure it is npt the credit card because my friend is getting the same error. Can someone please help me.

I have the same issue with paypal. Every time I try to buy using paypal, I get a message saying I have to verify it "transaction error 3". really want DDO points, but can't get them.

I think the main issue is that Turbine needs to verify every CC that is added to their database so they first withdraw $1 from the CC but you don't notice it since it is returned, I believe that once this process is over you can buy the points.

I used a pre-paid Visa and you can see the withdrawal to verify the account... i have yet to receive it back yet tho....
