Upgrading F2P to VIP with a GTC

Hi all,

I just have a quick question. I went out and bought a $20 Ultimate Game Card, and redeemed it for a 30-day gamepass, and received the code for it. In my account options, at the bottom next to "Get Unlimited Access" There was an "Add Game card" option. I clicked it, entered the code and it said that the game card was successfully added. My question is, will my account be upgraded to VIP soon, as in 48 hours or so? Or was it supposed to just add the game card to the available payment methods for VIP? Thanks, in advance.

Does no one know? It's been over 24 hours since i added the gamecard, and i'm still not VIP. I've sent a ticket to the Account Management Department, but i'm wondering if anyone can shed any light on the subject. Thanks.

It looks like account management is off on weekends, so you'll have to wait till Monday, I'm hoping my CC is cleared by then =/

Mornai, changes made on the Account Management website, including upgrades, can take anywhere from an hour to 24 hours to fully update. Usually they show up sooner, but they almost always require that you fully close and restart the game launcher. If you still don't have VIP access, please contact the Account Management department.
