Need help on a Fighter build

Hello all. I need help with a fighter build. I need to know what to start off with and what to spend my points in. Also what feats and enhancements, gear, etc etc. Everything I need to know to make a great Human Tank DPS fighter. I currently have a lvl 11 pally that I would like to reincarnate. I do have questions on how that works and what I can do to switch his class over to a fighter. Any information on how this reincarnation works would be awesome. Since he is Human i need to make sure this build is based on the human race. Any help would be great. Thanks!!!!!

The only way to switch your level 11 Paladin to a Pure Fighter would be True Reincarnation...which requires you to be level 20.

The other forms of reincarnations (Lesser and Greater, from 0-3) just allow you to change a few levels.

Though it would be possible through 3 Lesser Reincarnations +3 and a single Lesser Reincarnation +2 to change over all your levels, I honestly don't think it would be worth it.
