WF passive DR questions:definitive answer only!

The basics of dr are simple. Every forum post on it is the same.
Active dr (blocking)+passive= ur dr

you take your highest passive dr and add it to your blocking dr.
I get it. The problem is, certian passive dr does stack. (warforged enhancements with level 20 fvs for example).
I am only looking for positive or negative responses from people who have played a wf with docent of defiance/titan shield clicky. i tried to make all the questions yes/no to make it easy, but any explanations would be welcome as well.

i am assuming the enemy is not using adamantine or mettaline weapons for all questions

1. adamantine body+warforge enhancement stacks?
2. warforge dr enhancement + stoneskin stack?
3. docent of defiance proc stack with passive dr such as lvl 20 fvs, OR stoneskin?
4. titan shield clicky stack with stoneskin, OR monk level 20, OR fvs level 20?
5. titan shield stack with docent of defiance?
6. warforge dr enhancement stack with docent of defiance proc?
7. warforge dr enhancement stack with titan shield?
8. warforge adamantine body stack with docent of defiance?
