    Default Touch of Idiocy

Negative 1d6 to Intel, Wisdom, and Charisma... seems to be no save.

Is this worth casting at non-PvP enemy casters? Other than the possible debuff to their will saves what benefit is there to this?

    Thanks in advance!

For me I pretty much never use it. It's a touch spell, so you have to be in melee range to hit your target with it.

I can name quite a few people who are suffering from a touch of something or other.

Oh you wanted to know about the spell. Nevermind.
