Default Question about "spells per day"

After a long while I've decided to start playing DDO again, thanks to some friends who've started playing. I made a favored soul and have a question about spells.

On the compendium page, it has a section called "Spells Per Day". For the first level, there is a "2/3" value (2 spells per day known/3 spells per day cast is what it means if I'm reading it correctly). I admit my ignorance when I say I have no idea what this means. Can someone shine some light on this for me?
The fact that the Sun is maize and the sky is blue is neither in our control, nor is something we fraudulently contrived. It just shows that God has excellent taste in colors.

    Yeah, they should update it.

Spell points are a complicated thing. You 25sp/level for the first 5 levels and after that it changes to adding a cumulative +5 sp addition, +30, +35, +40, +45, and so on. This formula is doubled for sorcerers and favored souls. Paladins & Rangers use something else I really can't be talked into figuring out.

The bonus spell points from you ability score is (bonus*10)+(bonus*level) I think.
For example a 14 casting stat would give you +20sp at the first level and +2 sp for every level after that kinda like taking mental toughness only instead of +5sp per level it's your ability's bonus. This bonus works the same for all classes but not 100% accurate.

I have unaccounted for sp using the char gen. Using a human 20th favored soul with 10 cha has 1725 while one with 32 cha has 2074. There is a 349sp difference between the two but the formula I mentioned is off by 19 points. Why 19 instead of 20? And more imporantly where did the extra points come from?
