Which gives faster run speed? By how much? Do they stack? Thanks!

Haste gives you 40% speed bost.
Warp Time gives you 50% speed boost.

They do not stack with each other.

Not stackable with each other: Expeditous Retreat, Striding, Haste, Warp Time
Stackable with the above mentioned and with each other: Acrobat II, Barb 1, Monk speed bonus (starts at 5% at level 3, plus 5% every 3 levels until +30% at lvl 18), Action Boost: Sprint.

The fastest character I can think of would be 12 rogue(Acrobat II (10%) 7 Barb (10%+35% Sprint boost) = 20+35 (+50 Warp Time) = 95%. Might give you a speeding ticket from the Coin Lords everytime you zip through the MP.
Barb 10 Monk 9 would be faster (10+15+40+50 = 115%) but is not an allowed combo.
