Was the unflaggable toons bug fixed?

I was one of the unfortunate souls that was hit with being completely locked out of VON5-6. I tried abandoning, running VON1-4 again to no avail. The GM said it was a known issue, I wonder if it was fixed with this patch?

I had this problem and resolved it by abandoning the knives quests and then retaking/redoing them.

Easy enough.

But yes was stuck with neither Barrows or Marek talking to me for a while.

Worth a shot....not like 1-4 are tough to run.
